Heritage Interpretation
Heritage Interpretation is all about communicating the stories of a place. It helps people to make sense of what they are seeing and experiencing, whether they are in a museum, an outdoor landscape or another public realm.
We work across all areas of interpretation, but primarily focus on content creation and interpretation planning. It's where our strengths lie and it's what we enjoy doing most. Delivering projects through our expertise and from a place of enjoyment makes for happy budgets and happy clients. We work in all environments, whether that's a museum, nature reserve or a historic site.

Content Creation
We've worked on a wide variety of projects around the UK creating content for outdoor interpretation panels, museums, indoor exhibitions, walking trails, websites, as well as developing educational activities and interactive objects. Interpretation Planning
For all our content development projects we start with an interpretation planning process. This ensures that we are able to address any challenges and deliver key messages in line with corporate aims and responsive to the the location. We also deliver stand-alone planning and strategic services. We provide: Audience Development Interpretation Plans Interpretation Strategies Activity Plans Visitor Experience Planning Community Consultation Guidance and advice |
"Cath has the ability to organise interpretive themes into engaging stories. She is able to engender a sense of place in her work and works in a flexible manner to allow the people she works with to be creative. Her work for me on a range of interpretation panels has enabled us to create wonderful pieces of work that offers layers of information to the viewer that is both accessible and engaging."
